The Hamburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts (Handwerkskammer Hamburg) at the Hamburg Welcome Center maps your competences and previous professional experience and helps you plan your road to a career in Hamburg’s skilled crafts sector, taking your individual life situation into account. We provide counselling for vocational orientation and information on the specific qualification offers available within the crafts sector. Anyone looking for professional training in the skilled crafts can receive guidance and advice from us.


About Us

The Hamburg Chamber of Skilled Crafts gives voice to the skilled crafts and represents the interests of approximately 15,000 crafts enterprises in Hamburg. There are many excellent career opportunities in the skilled crafts sector. At the Hamburg Welcome Centre, we support professional immigrants who are interested in starting a career in this arena in Hamburg.
