Welcome!

The Hamburg Welcome Center is a central point of contact for all matters relating to the integration into the labour market of people who are planning on immigrating or have already immigrated to Hamburg, as well as for companies and employers.

The Hamburg Authority of Economy, Labour and Innovation, the Ministry of the Interior and Sport, the Employment Agency and the Job Center team.arbeit.hamburg work hand in hand under one roof to support you in cooperation with other organisations.

Tuesday: 9 am to 3 pm 
Wednesday: 9 am to 12 pm
Thursday: 10 am to 3 pm

Matters relating to residence permits

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to process matters regarding residence permits (e.g. fictional certificates, work permits, etc.) without an appointment!
